SG Inspections

Who does them? What is the paycycle like? How painful of an experience is it to do inspections for SG?

Bpwy loves them. I'd vote for Obama before I'd do a sg inspection.

I don't do SG inspections. I do a few wints and initial services for them in remote areas because they pay me.
I am not in love with them like you insinuate...... they give me money so I like them. Just like a ho

If you give me money I'll even like you.

They wanted me to:
  1. Get their GL insurance
  2. Get E&O insurance
  3. Pay for a Background check on me

So I told them to piss on an electric fence.

Also, what is it with the name like David makes people who don't know me personally think they can shorten David to "Dave" and still be on my good side?

They contacted us about 6 months ago from our ad on the SOFI site.... said they have 3000/per month... decided to give'em a shot... I've been doing delnquency inspections since 1995, we were put on "double secret probation". Havent' seen anything close to the 3,000 per month. Turn-around time is 5 days. The nagging, and BS you go through... then they cap the account and don't send you anymore if there's an issue with a property that you don't know about because you can't see the issue on your dashboard...
Yeah we do SG inspections... an they're a pain in the a** to work for... used to do P&P for them... had to give'em the heave-ho as they computer time spent inputting 1 simple WO was like a dissertation for a Masters thesis...

Buddy of mine does Safeguard inspections. Pay would be better working as a chinaman on the railroad. He uses his own gl, told them to bugger off with the crazy E & O, and was never asked about a background check.
