I need legal advice or need to see a shrink.

Obviously the sign is superimposed. But what if it wasn't? How much trouble would I be in if I stuck a dozen Safeguard properties with these? Would be a lot of fun to blow up the switch board with complaints. I should probably go see the shrink.

I think you would get better results having code enforcement on speed dial.

It can be a gnarly mess and still not be in code violation. I'm thinking this would give the PO'd neighborhood a chance to speak to the responsible knuckleheads. How many times have we all heard, "who owns this property? Who can I call about this?"
