melmatrix Thanks for the info, I am currently with Safeguard and is working on a contract to start with Altisource. Not too sure what I'm getting into, but its work.
Do you have information on how to start with Hud and VA?

Thanks

My best advice is to drop safeguard before you go bankrupt. Altisource isn't bad. Problem with Hud and VA is everything is bundle pricing. So they will tell you to lets say go to a property, change all the locks, empty the house up to 30cy, do a sales clean, cut the grass all for $700. It works great when the house is almost empty but you can loose a ton of money if the house is full.

Va bundles it up for intials meaning they give you a flat rate for sales clean/grasscut/debris for first 10cyd after that you get paid for each additional cyd i just finshed an intial service that had 30 mattresses in the attic and about 15cyd i made off like a king plus there was alot of good things that needed to be removed Hud pays for each service individually but you have to correct safety issues so theres lots of ways to make more money and my bids almost 95% of the time get approved even tarp jobs be top dollar boarding pools snow removals
