Hey does anyone know what happend to AMS in Pennsylvania is it still in business?

Concentric Equity Partners and TDR Capital bought AMS, MCS, and VPS. Not sure about VPS, but AMS was basically dissolved into MCS and then closed. A few of the AMS brass (Lee Mertins, Joseph Muller, Andrew Maloney) left before they were shut down then formed a new company called Assero. They were also able to lure several of their good office people to Assero. There has been some internal turmoil and I don't know how many of the originals are still with Assero. That is my understanding...guaranteed 25% accurate.

It was a dwindle down long drawn out process last summer but I believe the doors closed November last year. Why? They owe you money?
