OH and...

I am up in New England, Northern Vermont to be exact. Anyone know of any companies that are good enough to try out? Boss lady tried VRM after I told her NOT to because of this forum (thank you!!). I saw that five brothers had done one job in my area but I will not go with safe****s. I'm with MCS now, plan to stay until they ROYALLY piss me off. MCS has seemed to turn a poopy turn. No probs with them until mid spring. But the pay is pretty good.

Have you tried any broker direct work? The companies that have sprung up around here aren't exactly brimming with integrity.

Do you have suggestions on getting in with brokers directly? That is what we are aiming for. Thanks.

I am so late to replying to my own thread, tons of wints! Brokers as in realtors, yes. One was a realtor/property manager that we had a great talk and nothing. We are trying to go out on our own, but need pointers because obviously we're not getting anywhere.
