Kinda neat there is a movie about the IND we can watch and say psh we dont do that lol.. when the movie Unstoppable came out my brain was still fresh with my rail road days and i watched that and during the movie i kept leaning over to my wife and said psh. fake, or that's not how it works lol... im sure ill be doing the same.

I read an article and it mentions the main character dealing with a neighbor stealing power, literally had just dealt with that the previous day.

Went and saw it.

Here why any one doing p&p/reo wont like it - It will leave you with the feeling that if you wanted to deal with what goes on in this movie you could have just went to work instead of watching the movie.

Basically will leave you thinking that instead of going to work, you sat and watched work - Which in hindsight wasn't a great idea.

Should help to inform everyone else /neighbors etc to throw rocks at our trucks while on site though!

Good idea in the next few weeks is to get lower deductables on the insurance because the movie makes us all look bad.

Chain of Title is the dramatic true story of how, in the depths of the Great Recession, a nurse, a car dealership worker, and a forensic expert helped uncover the largest consumer crime in American history—a scandal that implicated dozens of major executives on Wall Street. They called it foreclosure fraud: millions of families were kicked out of their homes based on false evidence by mortgage companies that had no legal right to foreclose. http://www.piggybankblog.com/2.0/jou...-terkel-prize/
