OSHA Confined Space Training.......

How many have had it? With all the new Photo Requirements IE: Attics Roofs and Crawlspaces, i wonder if Osha would be interested in looking in to these Nationals. At least those of us that are trained would get paid accordingly.

We had a bathroom once that would qualify for all of the above.

I would think that it is on you the contractor to get the necessary training for your employees. They are just a customer. A crappy one, but one just the same.

The problem is when you send them this type of information, they just re-assign it to another contractor who doesn't know better. It's not an even playing field......

Agreed, your people need to be prepared and schooled for as many situations as possible.
An even playing field is a sports euphemism, but the truth is, today's star is tomorrow's has been. The are 500 more guys willing to take the place of Ryan Braun as soon as he fails. It is a "what have you done for me lately" mentality. Money and talent/experience jockey back and forth for position. The truth is, it has never been nor ever will be an even playing field.
The biggest difference I can see is that with the Nationals, it is their game; with the private sector, it is yours.
