Are you referring to the " partial wint." for $37.50 which is exactly the same as a winterization but system does not hold pressure ? or the new "RFP" decreasing wint. allowable to $90.00 ? Speaking of the RFP, how about the $40.00 cu.yd decrease from the FHA allowable of $50.00 cu.yd.

Come on- MCS surely only charges their customer half rate also for partial wints. MCS has never been unfair to anyone. lol!

of course the partial wints when you've done a full wint. How can we know that a house will hold pressure when things look intact and they just don't hold. So they are going to cut my complete wint in half! I shouldn't be surprised.

And it totally pissed me off when the allowable said $50 cyd and they told us, no its actually $40. Thats happened to me on trip charges, lock changes and various other things. A little adds up. Going over invoices with a fine tooth comb now.

We've been going back as far as six months, LOTS of things we weren't paid for.

I have been sending daily emails to our RVM beginning over 2 weeks ago with minimal results. Response has not been adequate and now I am not receiving any response. This is rapidly becoming a termination of service agreement situation which will obliviously escalate into litigation. This is after over 8 years with this national. I know, I know, what the majority of this board is thinking, WHAT TOOK SO LONG ! and to that I say invoice shortages are a new dynamic.
