southern wisconsin

Hello all, new to the fourm . I work with a few nationals, in the business over 20yrs but have only been recently full time for the last six.

Anyone else having a drop in orders coming in (mainly pre conveyance) , mainly in the south central part of the state. I know its the time of year but it seems to be a bigger drop this year. Im thinking maybe some regional is getting the bulk in the area.? Any input?

I have heard Wells has laid off a couple of Hundred employees and they are moving a huge part of their default division to India. My guess is this transition slows their work orders to almost nothing?

Not sure how reliable this information is but I have heard it from 3 people.

I don't do Preconvey work anymore so I don't have direct information. However, a buddy of mine, still in the game, (both of us are in southern WI) told me a ton of properties are going directly to auction. He quoted 4700 properties. I've seen more listings on places like Hubzu, so maybe there's a little truth to it.

I also know Cyprexx lost the FNMA account to GTJ. I believe that they are a regional.

Yeah a broker told me about cyprexx too... These little dips in the game just make me diversify more into the private sector anyway. You never know who's getting what next.
