Zero out

I received a order where it says zero out on one of the line items. Makes me question what that actually means. Anyone experience this?

That's pretty much how I'm taking it. I asked them they said they just have to put something on the line, but I will be paid.... Hmmm don't think so.

I'm assuming it's Five Brothers. They have that as a line item under invoicing. Zephyr won't let you complete an upload without an invoice so it's used for no charge orders.

Smart move, I'd pass too.
I wonder which document would prevail with their QC department, WO or POC from a desk jockey?

Iíve already told you more than I know.
