Central Washington

Hey guys, I'm a new preservation vendor/contractor in central WA. I just started in January and everything was going pretty well until PKMG started slowing way down. I'm fairly confident at most aspects of this business except for WHO to work for. I started looking for new clients and was immediately overwhelmed by all of the horror stories of contractors getting screwed by this company, or scammed by that company. I found this site and and thought it might be a good resource to get real information on the national and regional companies. Rather than propaganda from the company, or angry posts and complaints from vendors that cant accept responsibility for they're screw ups so they say they were screwed over.

In addition to the above info, any tips or advise from Experienced vendors for a newbie such as myself is GREATLY appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

welcome to the site.

There are plenty of good property pres companies to work for, off the top of my head, is good, and pays on time, and who can forget , they actually care about the contractor.

In all seriousness, the best people to work for are ones you see face to face, if you are fairly confident in your skills, then market them to local businesses or homeowners, in other words get out while you can, hopefully PK doesn't owe you too much.

Stay away from fools, for you won't find knowledge on their lips.
