Hello everyone, I've been reading around on this site for a bit and now decided to join. I started out doing handyman work and then got recruited by a company out of California called Rincon, I wonder if anyone has heard/worked with them before. After we separated with them we moved into preservation. I'm working with regionals right now to gain experience in the industry and so far I haven't had any payment issues, prices aren't fantastic but again I'm wanting to take the time to learn the industry. We got in over our heads with Rincon so I don't want to make that same mistake and start right with the nationals and then lose them. I'm kind of looking for some input on this gameplan, it makes sense to me because I don't want to ruin a relationship and be out of the game before I get rolling.
