Ive been at this for over 12 years but just diggin into this forum. anyone doing well for themselves that participate in this forum and deals with the nationals? or is this just a place for 'boulevard of the broken dreams' type dump..?..as difficult as this business is, some do very well for themselves in p&p. Anyone want to chat about that? I'm just starting to have major issues with a national(NFN)..who's doin well? with who?

it is not my dream to work for a national, so no dreams were broken when I stopped working for them

everyone who works for a national will have major issues, sometimes it shows up in a year, sometimes longer, but it always shows up, if you are starting to have issues it is time to start executing your exit plan, it will not get better.

Dont give scorpions rides

A scorpion asks a frog to carry it across a river.
The frog hesitates, afraid of being stung, but the scorpion argues that if it did so, they would both drown.
Considering this, the frog agrees, but midway across the river the scorpion does indeed sting the frog, dooming them both.
When the frog asks the scorpion why, the scorpion replies that it was in its nature to do so

Stay AWAY FROM THAT COMPANY They owe us over $52,000.00 dollars. We would like nothing better than to file a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT against Sheri Nott and all her employees. Please call us at 505-634-8571 if anyone out there is interested. We have already hired an attorney, filed complaints with the New Jersey Attorney General as well as the Better Business Bureau. This company needs to be closed down.!!!!!!

Far less activity on this forum than a year ago. Foreclosures are pretty quiet in most parts of the country. That's a good thing. It means there's private money and good work out there to be had.

I still do about 1/2 my income on one national. They're decent people, had a scare once but it was quickly resolved for an amount slightly MORE than what I thought I was owed...go figure.

Never worked with NFN. What's the disagreement about?
