Considering adding work for Web-fair and Junk Monkey to my existing contracting company. Both companies have reached out to me and said they need a contractor in my area.
I've made it clear to them I am not interested in being a full time property preservation company but I am willing to take on some work to help them out and raise my total for the year.
I keep looking for sites that review these companies but can't find any.
Any input on these two companies and/or preservation work in general would be appreciated. Right now I do mostly Bathrooms, kitchens, and decks for my bigger work and I do a lot of repairs found by home inspectors for real estate agents. I'm familiar with construction and contracting, I'm not familiar with working for preservation contractors.
