Volume only equates to a slower bleed out time. Tread carefully Jedi.

In other words, don't do it cheap. The whole line they give you about "you make your money by doing a high volume." It looks good to begin with, but at $20 a yard, it's easy to lose your money, business, and mind....wait, the mind may already be lost if you are considering $20 per yard.......

Highlands, Hardee and Desoto counties. Sorry, did not see your question until just now. So, when someone tells you they only pay $20 a yard, do you try to bargain with them or move on to someone else? I have friends mowing for $15 a yard and they are killing themselves. (Pineland)

If they will negotiate I will give it a shot. But you must get everything in writing, and even that is no guarantee they will pay as agreed upon.

If it is not in writing it is a rumor.

I tried to negotiate with Pinelands, but they would hear nothing of it. They really wanted me to work for them too. Too many people in my area willing to work for free to have to pay good rates.
