Hi from TN

Hi i am a newbie here. My husband and I have been doing PP for about a year now. We started doing inspections and then went to PP work. I have been looking over the forums here and was wonderung if there is like a black list of companies that dont oay? My hubby and i worked for a company since May and have not been payed. They owe us thousands of dollars. I am not sure if i am allowed to say the name of it so i will wait til someone says its ok. I look forward to talking to all of you.

People, including myself, drop names all the time. Just remember, this a public forum, if you fear retribution, make sure what you state is true (avoid slander).

Welcome aboard

Ok. The name of this place is Gm property service. They got 2 offices , 1 in boone nc the othwr in atlanta ga. We have worked for them since may 20th. We got 1 check in june and havent got any since. The one we did get bounced and caused us to have 300$ in bad check chargea. They did take care of the bounced check and made it right. They even paid $200 in our bounced check fees. It took them a month to do it but they did it. Whats pi$$ing us off is they are hiring a bunch of new people, like account managers, regional managers, office managers and go get me coffee managers. Everyone is some type of manager. But they are not paying their vendors. We have sunk several thousand dollara into gas(going to properties a 100 miles away) locks, lock boxes, equipment, cleaning supplies etc to get theaedone for them. So does anyone know how i can make them pay. I heard that i. should contact safeguard and let them know i will be placing liens on the properties and that they will make them pay us. What do you all think? Any advise will be greatly appreciated.

I do not believe I would be able to continue to work for a company were there check bounced! Your giving them a line of credit and they just blew it! Hope you get the rest of your money.

We actually finally got our june invoice today. Supposed to be paid in 7-10 days. We will see i guess. I really Wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. They were just starting out and I know accidents happen. They did cover the check Right away. It just took them a long time to pay the returned check fees.. I appreciate all your advice. Have a nice weekend
