Red face Hello from Oma in Ohio

Hello everyone, Oma here from Ohio been doing a lot of work over the last few years for local realtors and landlords. Took a chance this year and jumped in with the nationals, the long waits for pay are not so bad, but it hurts when they try to take a chunk out claiming we did not have proper authorization to do a job. I always assumed a work order was proper authorization. Oh well, you know what they say about assuming.

At any rate it's a pleasure to meet all of you, and looking forward to adding my 2 cents when I can.

Hello and welcome.

I have been trying for years to work for Realtor and investor. How in the world were you able to get in with them?

Talking Hello Forever Lawn

Thanks for the welcome...we actually began working for them, I started working hourly for a landlord and one thing led to the next. We were able to meet the landlords realtors and spread the news of our business. However, the work is hit and miss in a small community, which is why we have signed on with national companies. One is treating us pretty good so far. The other one is trying to put the screws to us already. Good thing our landlord friend is also a top notch attorney.
