I've been doing this work for about a year and a half for a Realtor. This whole time we were told fanny and freddy didn't want to deal with us direct, that they preferred the Realtor to deal with billing and such. I guess that wasn't true because some one just took over like 6 counties here. The people I used to do work for are not happy with the service they are getting but were told oh well by some guy who I guess is in charge.
They asked me to figure out how to get back into working for them so I did my homework. It seems I need to become a SAM vendor but I'm not sure if that is right. I found the checklist for it if it is right.
Could any of you point me in the right direction of what I need to do to work on these listings again. I'm not looking to take over a 1/4 of the US if that makes a difference, I just want to be able to do what I was doing last month.
Figured I would add, I did the trash out, rekey, and yards mostly.
