NYS Checking In..Hello!!

Hi all. We are a PPC from New York. I have been visiting your forum and browsing around some threads and decided to join as we are all in the same boat it would seem as contractors in the trenches doing the dirty work. A little background about us. We like most are family owned and operated. We started doing Repossessions about 12 years ago mainly autos, boats and rvs. When the crash happened a few years ago we seen an opportunity to start doing foreclosed work. Figured it would be easy right??? YEAH RIGHT! Our thoughts were hell they are going to give us the exact address no more skip tracing deadbeat debtors all over creation hiding the banks asset. Well to our suprise it's was a little harder then that but not rocket science either. So after a few years in the preservation business we now do a large volume of work. Some for the nats and some for the regional order mills. All and all it's not a bad business. We still operate our bread and butter repo division but have scaled that back a lot. Well there you go. That's our intro. We look forward to being a part of your forum and will chime in from time to time with our 2 cents that in today's economy is really only .5 cents
