order mill "signage"

Post secured. Or First time Vacancies stickers. ..anyone else have to post these at properties for WF work orders.. QUESTION: MSI. AIM FAS ASSURANT CORELOGIC
(before they Sold out to MCS) all have the same "after hrs" number to
call if anyone or anything happened at a property where the sticker is posted since you only post them at a WF property ...who should answer the phone if someone called the number on a MSI sticker from a MSI property? Or at a FAS Assurant Property where there is a secured sticker posted and a call is made to the number on the sticker. ...who should be answering the phone?

Or who would you think would be answering the phone? WF .....Nope
you never guess. ..SHOCKED ME has anyone else .....figured this out?

There all the same exact wording and number. Only difference. The field vendor number in the top corner. QC WILL send you back to the property to place the correct one. It's not worth the time or loss in money to correct a stupid error. Even though there the same, post the correct one.

Posting the correct "sign" had nothing to do with the post. Actually Rachel sticker is a different color so unless your colorblind then it isn't hard to post the correct sign for the correct client . The object of the post was ."the phone number " if you call it you one would assume "WF" would answer the phone..."NOPE" it's one of the National services..that was the point of the post if your work order is from "MSI" and one called the number on the "MSI" sticker ..you DON'T get WF
OR "MSI" ...guess who answered the phone ??

the only one that should be posting anything is an inspection ONLY the first time it is found vacant, and then again once the property is secure, but from the inside so a neighbor can't just rip it off. Other than that, the repetitive nature of the inspection vacancy notice is just dumb. I have 1 client that wants us to leave a call back card on a secured vacant house. Just curious, who is it being left for? The stray cat or the bum that sleeps on the porch occasionally
