Hello, Friends I'm Excited to say I am out my comfort zone

We stated our Property Preservation Business on 2/01/2015. Our Goal is give our family stability, independents and to show our kids the power of an ideal.

We live in Florida serving Polk, Osceola, and Orange county. We are here seeking advice to help us on our journey.

Your name says it all. You will need to pray a lot to be able to achieve your goals.

I recommend that you diversify and only make P&P a small part of your business, like no more than 15% of your gross receipts. You can make a good living just doing lawn maintenance in Central Florida for homeowners, realtors and small business.

I got fed up after five years and decided I did not want to deal with the 100 hour work weeks any more. I called all my people together and gave them two weeks notice, stopped accepting new work and once we had completed all outstanding work orders I shut the doors.

I now spend time with my family. I have been to SeaWorld twice this year so far. My wife and I bought season passes.

We have been able to spend a lot more time with our grandsons too.

I still get calls from people wanting me to do work, but I now do it on my terms. Period.

There is many hours of reading and advice to be found on this forum.

You should have researched the biz before jumping into it.
Good luck, you'll need it.

Professionals are people who can do their job when they don't feel like it.
Amateurs are people that can't do their job even when they do feel like it.
