New to the Property Preservation, REO world

Hi,

I am attempting to wrap my mind (and company bank account) around this business. My organization has just registered as estimate and repair vendors with Safeguard. I am hoping to learn how to function efficiently and what expectations are realistic.

I am concerned about jeopardizing relationships with the other suppliers, venders, etc., that have been built over the past decade. It sounds like property preservation is an area of opportunity and am excited to hear what other contractor's have to share.

Please don't hold back... we can only grow if we have each other's back!

Go fill your coffee, punch safeguard into the search engine and get ready. If you still need to ask afterwards we are here.

Don't forget "screwguard" , "screw guard" , "safe screw" , "scamguard" and any other variations that you can think of. Wouldn't want anyone to have an incomplete picture on just how bad they are........
