Yup silent owner ( think they are called Prism)
He has some tax problems lol.
And even deeper trouble with department of labor.
Not paying over time.
Our company had the privilege ( lol ) to do some qc work for Bank of America.
Homestead field service had REO and Mc Caffrey had p&p in Pa.
(Same situation as Mass, New York, Conn. Vermont and New Hampshire)
Most of Homesteads office was old Mc Caffrey employees.
When I found things Mc Caffrey did I had to call owner of Homestead and go over everything Mc Caffrey did. If lock was a dead bolt they kicked in the door hundreds of busted door frames. Some homes were dump sites. If the house still had copper we got water out of the system.
Homestead put a beating on Mc caffrey and end up with both REO and P&P.

Then Safe guard bought Bank of America field services. Then they screwed Homestead out of hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Preservation is cut throat businesss

I'm not sure if they're still in business or what name they're under now, but my husband and I worked for them for a year or so a couple of years back until some shady stuff with pay and budiness practices started occuring. Anyway the last contact I had was with Carla Garlock at the end of last year, and she did contact me back to say they were not getting work orders in for our state (AR). The email address I contacted her on was [email protected]. In her email her signature provided 2 phone numbers: (585)412-5242 and (585)905-0590. Her son, David also had an email, [email protected]. The family is also on Facebook. You can search for Carla, David, or Bill Garlock and should have success that way. Hopefully one of those avenues will work out for you. Good luck!

Perhaps you should also look on the internet (it's mean you search in google), because it will further enlarge the percentage you can find what you are looking for.
