national's discount?

So I just started working for Safeguard and am new to the business. I am confused on the discounting and can't seem to get a clear answer. Do I mark my bids up to account for safeguards discount or do they add after the fact?

Thanks all!

They will take their hard earned share off of whatever it is you are allowed to bill.

Always add their discount on top. Also, be careful, very careful with anything you do. I am interested to learn why you don't get an answer as before it was written in the training.

Contact with your Regional coordinator and work on negotiating with them over price and discount. Our office is very close to bordering state and we signed up to work out of state or OOA as they state. Working out of your state you can negotiate alot especially if they do not have a vendor in the area. One of our main goals was to get to no discount which currently we are work out of state. In state of course they are taking there 10% out of everything from Initial Services of course, to face plates. On top of it all they get there profit from Fannie. Of course time in the field is a plus for negotiating we have been with SG for 3+ years now and finally getting somewhere
