New grass height requirement

Has anyone else seen the new memo that from ow on grass has to be 4" in order to cut. No more 2". We will probably lose half our cuts now to trip charges.

I thought that was the height that SG vendors set their mowers to.

Me thinks the banks are realizing they are paying for nothing and putting a stop to it. We could go MONTHLY here after mid July and be just fine........

The Bros memo says if there is snow in your area dont even go to property. You will not be paid a trip charge.

Personally i think it's a good move. It pisses me off on March 15th when i file my corporate return and again on April 15th when i file my personal return that my money pays for un-needed services. I'll bet the waste in this industry is in the billions of dollars. I heard Core Logic will not pay if under 2" either now. It's likely a directive coming down from the banks and HUD as they are bleeding profusely......

We've had summers where it probably actually NEEDED to be cut 3 or 4 times (TOPS) all summer.
Other times when 2 weeks was too long, depends on the moisture.

Professionals are people who can do their job when they don't feel like it.
Amateurs are people that can't do their job even when they do feel like it.
