brush cutter

The past three years I've been beating the hell out of my tractors on 3' to 4' initials...Anyone use a brush cutter or brush hog type mower to beat these down the first time to save your taxing the hell out of your mower? What do you use?

Yes, if it is rural we have a 6' brush hog to knock it down beforehand. That requires a tractor and additional time, so we are sure to include that in the price.

We use a full size Ford tractor with a brush hog on rurals and a billy goat walk behind (rental) for city lots. Bid high to cover costs.

That is a great idea, I may acquire a few goats in the near future for the big cuts. Bonus fertilizer with each cut!!
