Consistant properties throughout season?

I am new to the forum and new to this business. I signed contract for 60 P&P Grass properties for this coming cutting season.

Does anyone have any insight into the frequency of the homes selling and losing that work order? I know this is an arbitrary question, just looking for an average or approximation.

Thanks to all!

It generally balances itself out, gain a few, loose a few.

It really is hard to say. I've had properties that I've maintained for a few year and some I have done 1 grass cut on. There really is know way to tell. Sometimes the house sells sometimes the property gets taken over by another company. I have a few properties that I've worked at through 2 or 3 different nations.
