The FNG

Hey all. New guy here.

Trying to figure out if my company can hack it in the PP/REO grass cut world.

Seems like there's a penny to be scraped together here and there but I'm finding it pretty hard to find reliable info. Does anybody work for any nationals they like anymore?

Working for a national and working for a company you like are 2 different stories. Anyone that works for a national accepts the way things are and ultimately bows down to what they want. On the flip side you can work for a local company as a sub and like who you work for, but the pricing will be cut too much to make any type of profit.

Wrong and wrong again. I have worked for nationals for 7 years...98% REO grass. I don't bow down and I don't accept the way things are, and I don't do work for opening offer prices. Everything is negotiable. It is getting a bit more difficult to find the right money, but it is still there.
