Three wheel Numericle padlocks

FNMA has demanded these...only want to pay $6 for a $5 before shipping.
Anyone know of a place selling them for less than $5???

Ouch! I say fire them & step up one rung on the property preservation ladder.

Actually they are looking for 4 wheel so you can use the last 4 of the loan #. $4.50 each by the case at http://www.bargainlocks.com/eSource/.../_1541000.aspx .........

Combo Padlock

PP Materials now sells combo padlocks.
$4.50 a piece, regardless of how many you buy.

I have been finding perfectly good A389 keyed padlocks on new properties. When the locksmith in my area removes them to install the combo locks he pitches them on the ground. I pick them up, hit them with some WD-40 and sell them back to the banks on the next job.
