Winterization dates

Hello All, sorry for the stupid question but I seem to have misplaced my information.
Can someone please tell me the start dates for winterizations for Hud, FHA, Fannie and Freddie Mac.

October 1st, but we did get a memo from one company stating LPS will be starting their wints on September 1st this year. Hope that helps

Did 200+ in 2011/12, Did less than 30 in 2012/13 and with the lack of foreclosures here i expect maybe a dozen all winter. There are DOZENS of new homes going up around here this year and we USED to have 200-250 REO's in our MLS, Where down to 61 today.........
