JoeInPI and here we see the shifting of blame for any issues to the "inspector"

Even FNMA has realized- "s**t, you mean we can avoid liability like those regional yahoos?! Check this out- we'll make these $3 inspectors responsible for replacing a crumbling foundation!!! HA HA HA!!!"

New Fannie Mae inspection form

Fannie Mae has changed their inspection form to where even NAMFS has raised their own concerns about, these new requirements go into full effect in January 1st, 2016
