Extraordinary Properties, INC NY

Has anyone heard of or done business with this company? We are new to P/P in the last 6 months. I am still building our client database. We work out of Indianapolis. I don't want to get involved with a bad company. Andy response is GREATLY appreciated

All companies are bad. There is plenty of work in Indy absolutely no need to get involved with clowns like these.

I know this will come up anytime anyways, and had a brief minute before I am out the door, so here it is: Learn to use the search bar and many of your questions will be answered.

This is what I came up with in 15 seconds.

Go for broke

Just request their cost-allowables. These order mills have to pay low fees, they have to pay the bribe, sorry I meant to say 25% discount, to make any money. Can't make too much money when you are a sub-sub-sub.

The problem with a market like Indy is the only work available is the work no one wants. Companies like this low balling outfit are going to give you work but if you call the national or realtors they will say "we will keep your information on file" you know why? Because people sub from these subs.

If you refuse to work for them and they can't cover your market maybe the company they get their work from looks to see who they have "on file" that CAN cover the area.
