Hello,

We would like to introduce ourselves. We are "All Star Property Services" and we do everything in the preservation and lawn care industry.*

The services we offer are as follows but not limited to:
1. Trash outs
2. Janitorial
3. Lawn Care (mow,blow, edge, shrubs etc...)
4. Dry winterizations ( wet is per bid )
5. Re-keys
6. Pool Securing
7. Occupancy Checks
8. Property Condition Reports & Preliminary Inspections
9. Cash For Keys
10. Evictions
11. Most other REO Services

We will do odd jobs also. We have more than enough tools and know how to complete whatever is put in front of us.

We are Licensed. We are Insured with commercial insurance.

Please let us know if you are seeking vendors for any of your needs! It’s always a
plus to be able to offer these services to your customers as a part of their PPO management package as well.

Lol. Legally speaking, a 3 day notice to pay or quit would be your first step if you already have an agreement (In writing). If not a 30 day notice to terminate tenancy is all that's necessary. I kinda get the hint that it may be a joke though. Lol. Is it laziness OR the economy? If you don't mind me asking. Not to get to personal. :)

I'm not far from Sac & I know Property Preservation is booming right now, with all the foreclosures. I see bank work like this on craigslist all the time. Get in good with the bankers & you'll do fine.

I hope so. To be 100% real, I've kinda went out on a limb with this business. I'm hoping and praying this works because of all we have invested in this. 39000$ is about what's tied into this. It HAS to work. Thank you AND everyone else for ANY advise.

Good lord it must be expensive in CA to get started.
I don't have that into my lawn care biz let alone bank owned work.

Thats an aweful lot of coin to be riding on the whims of this industry when there is so little profit left after the service companies are getting rich.

that includes the truck that is also our personal vehicle, all lawn care equipment(2 comm mowers, 2 backpack blowers, 2 HD string trimmers and 2 Edgers), trailer, insurance, licenses and computer system. But still a lot of money. So we're not just limited to REO. I want to focus more on PPO and apartment complexes.
