The Nationals hire and train people to manage their REO departments. The new guys see how much money is being raked in, and after sometime on the job making contacts and gaining a little inside information, voila, they go off on their own and open up their own lemonade stand. They start soliciting every sub with a Toro and a camera . Many of these new "companies" many don't have enough start up capitol of their own, so they work off of yours. My advice if you don't want to go thru the wash and rinse cyle is to do intense background checks on every client you can before agreeing to anything. In this business there is no one looking out for you but you.
