Please use the search function. The hard working guys here have been reporting this for the past 3 or 4 years to benefit the general public, such as yourself, to watch your back.

Has anyone had difficulty being paid for safety hazards for Fannie properties?
If you document everything well you will get paid. For example if you put up a handrail take 2-3 before pics, a pic or two attaching, and 2-3 after. Just keep an eye on there pricing, follow your sheet for repair prices.

You have to call your state rep.Have them issue you a work order.I learned with them many years ago do not attach handrail until you have a work order.
