I was not a fan of Guardian. Was way to pick about pictures. Just my expérience. I worked for them only à few months until I was done with them.

Now others may have had better expériences. I just don't have much patience for being picky about pictures. Especially since pics have cordinates embeded in every picture taken.

Guardian is not a bad company to work for. It is frustrating as hell to get everything rejected but if you provide them with updates if you’re late, or do work on time, and do good work they will work with you because they outsource all their processing to India

I 'm new to PP and recently signed up with Guardian Asset Management. I want to get clean out business. Any tips?
I've worked for Guardian about 10 years. They were great at first but after the buyout they tried to get grass cuts for $20.00. I told them no. I work for 75% of FHA allowables, stick to your guns, they will come around and pay your prices. It only took about 3 weeks until they saw I was not cutting grass at that price.

Guardians QC sub affirm-data Is a complete waist of Effort. If you contact them about a rejection they just ignore you. In aspen I-property under status History you can always see who rejected the order and contact them directly.

Guardian always reject orders over trivial Reasoning like the following examples.

  • " Kindly provide street photos".
  • "kindly provide more before, during and after grass cut pictures to validate".
  • "Photos do not determine the work has been completed".
  • "kindly provide more during work completion pictures to validate".

I just complete out orders again to go in to the queue. Some times is take 3 - 4 attempts of completing out the rejected order to eventually get it approved. My personal rule of thumb is if no one contacts me over email / phone then its not important for me to waist my time with. I receive at least 4 - 6 rejections a week for years and no one once contacted me about re-completing out the order to queue.

A bit of a tangent about their very poor management. If you receive a rejection the general language used does not help. If you get a rejected order for something like "Kindly Provided more before and after photos". I always ask the management team; What am I missing, what photos do you need? When I ask the question to Management no one knows and have to contact affirm-data to figure it out.

If your done with a job and get a rejection with something like "kindly provide more during photos". How can you get more during photos? Their basically asking you to commit fraud by taking more during photos of a already completed job. The obvious solutions to their dumb request can get you in legal trouble; watch out for falling in to habit of trying to please them.

I can tell that affirm-data and QC team just randomly reject order to act like their doing something productive. I'm very particular about my photos I take easily 500 + per Inspection and 200 - 250 per grass cut order and still get rejected all the time.

Lucky my R & D Team almost cracked the secret to a Time machine so we can go back In time and take those During photos they so badly need...

If they leave what does that mean for Guardian and better yet what does that mean for me as a Guardian vendor in Kansas?
Not much, if anything. NAMFS does nothing good that directly affects vendors doing the actual work, nor do they dictate what their members must do. If Guardian is contemplating leaving NAMFS, it's probably only to save the membership fee.
