Ctr will bid for grass cut and will honor his bid.

somebody know what this mines.
never had this before.

It means that if you bid it and it was in an acceptable timeframe (unless you didn't put a valid until date) then you have to do it and for the price you bid. If you fail I am sure they will get somebody else and charge you back. If you were not the one that put the bid in then tell them what you will charge.

no timeframe,only price.I was bidding real high,so I hope I don.t get it.

I usually only get this wording when I was asking to be paid for my bid. That way they can take your original bid fee out of the final payment. Often for me it involves areas with low contractor coverage. Once they convince you to go they don't want to call anyone else.
