No, but I have had alot of similiar companies contacting me for a contractor. I have a few realtor freinds and they say the banks have had it with the nationals and their BS! Looks like the begining of the end for the nationals!

Chainbridge is part of MAAG???

Isn't MAAG part of AMS???? Super el cheapo is us???

If thats the case I'm not sure I'd want to work for them. AMS's pricing sure didn't work in my area.

Anything new on this company guys?
They called again looking for me to complete the registration process
Rich, did they send you a price list? I've asked for one each time I email them back and can't get one. I've told them I can't sign on the dotted line until I get one. Without it, I have nothing to say yes or no to.

I heard they were good to work with. But if they're going to stall sending me the pricing I requested several times, it makes me think the pricing isn't all that great.

I've asked about their discount, too. They have not given me a straight answer.

So, for now, MY answer is no.

I just talked to them today and they told me they don't have a pricelist and they pay based on the client. She said when they issue a work order all the prices are on it, then you have to sign an agreement if you can work for that price. She made it should like its standard reo prices, and the don't have a discount. Not sure how they make money then, or they take 25% of the top and call that the prices like cyprexx does.

If you were on the phone with them discussing prices and your still not sure how they make their money, lol...
Standard REO prices or pay based on the client...?
I would say based on the chain jerking first day on the job, thanks but no thanks.
