Have any of you guys heard of this company? Got a call from them today and don't know much about the ins and outs PP and not really sure if it's something I want to ponder into.

Yep I've heard of them. This is a good field for the "BIG" General Contractors that have access to onstaff hvac, electrical, plumbing guys. Not a normal thing for the residential P&P Contractors. I know someone who works or worked with this company (I think they are out of Ohio) and they have never complained except for PITA Tenants :)
