It's 25% for us. Trip charges only pay $10 this season, though. Prices are usually $85 or $100 for regular lots/height.

Anyone working direct and doing grass for them? If so what as there grass discount? 30% or 35%? Trying to figure out what one of their subs is taking off the top.......

It's 35% and contractor payout is 5.00 if it's NFS pricing sheet that they send to the contractor does not have the split taken off what a joke
Their GC discount ranges from 0-35% depending on what state you're covering, then they charge an extra 2% for 15 day payout (if you opt for that).

NFS is rapidly losing market share. I am curious whether they are pulling out of areas because they can't make money or if it's a performance issue with the nationals?
