Well,

Just as the title of the post suggests, there's been an ongoing conversation as to why outsourcing cleaning jobs to professionals.

I know there are professionals and novices in the carpet cleaning niche here.

Is it true that outsourcing a cumbersome cleaning job saves time and cost?

Can you give instances?

I never went outside the company. What we did was set up crews...debris removal, yard, cleaning...for us it was far more efficient than outsourcing and we were able to stay within operating costs....
Remember I have not been operating or overseeing a PPI company since 2017. We got out when things went sideways with pricing and focused on private property owners. so our circumstances will vary a little from what you guys...well many of the small shops...do. we had 27 employees and covered a 12,000 sqmi area and we found it a lot easier to do things the way we did with initial inspections and final inspections before we would invoice.
It also helped with the overall quality of service...
I still have our QC procedure if you would like to look at it and see if it would work for your company.
