Here is the link scroll about halfway down.

Here is the initial grass-cut pricing. Do not let Nationals short-change you. Also, you do not need to pay foreclosurepedia to get this info. It was easy to find for free.

Less than 10,000 sq ft — $125 each
10,001 — 15,000 sq ft — $175 each
15,001 — 25,000 sq ft — $200 each
25,001 — 35,000 sq ft — $225 each
35,001 — 43,560 sq ft — $250 each

Yeah, that's what Fannie pays the mortgage co then mort co pays national then site provider gets paid a fraction.

All specs are online. The industry used to be servicer specs minus a percentage. It needs to go back to that and contractors need to do 15 %.

There is no way that the national serving company should making more or just as much as the contractor doing the work, that's insane.

You can blame NAMFS/ Eric Miller. Anyone that is in NAMFS is crazy !!!

What specs are you referring? Can you provide a link?

Since Fannie mae came out with new prices. I would expect a new hud letter should drop soon. How many nationals will increase their prices?

I had a company I worked for a few years ago ask me if I was interested in sending them a new certificate of insurance and working for them again. I said have your prices increased any. That fannie mae just increased their prices. Long story short they sent me the exact same price sheet from years ago. I said no thank you. You are aware of inflation and property preservation is not immune to inflation. Sorry for wasting your time if you are not going to increase prices.

Quit your bitchin. Inflation is only 6-9% without food or fuel factored in. Seriously, who uses fuel anyway?....and almost nobody eats anymore. Remember, inflation is just transitory anyway. It's all good.
