I did hear the new about AHMSI although I will not be affected much here in TN as we might get 5 AHMSI orders in a month, what I am more intrigued to hear about is the supposed BOA contract they mentioned they are going to take on since I know of a boat load of vacant BOA properties right in my neck of the woods and they havent been touched in 1-2 yrs. Have you found out the Base plus pricing for your area yet?
tenec only thing i hear about pricing was a month ago when i was told they was making price changes and some vendors would get more and som me less depending what state you work..this is a issue i had with management when i found out some new vendors are getting more then experienced vendors are, guess its a wait and see game what happens now.
FAS had and then lost the BAC contract 2 years ago and from the looks of the happenings around here since BAC took over 11/1 it won't be long till they loose it again. They are trying like hell to get contractors up here but nobody will work for them. There only contractor in the state is over 200 miles away and is not getting to the properties for a week after the brokers determine them vacant. That will work well in January when it's 20 below!!!:laughing::laughing:

I lost 25% of my work when the brokers where informed they where not allowed to hire local contractors. Direct broker work is great as i bid it, do the work and get paid WITHOUT 400-500 photos like FAS requires.
