Just wanted to do an intro...I've been working in property preservation for 10 years. I work for a national and do local broker work. I live in Arkansas. I love my job! I know there is a lot of BS to it but all in all, I like how I can go to a property and in one day, make it look ten times better.
I really enjoy reading this forum and the wealth of information it has to offer.
