I 'am just curios if anybody has jump on board with GTJ doing FNMA work in Michigan and how your experience has been?

I went through all the paperwork and signed up with them and have never received a job from them, but I do get all their emails about everything. I am in the Saginaw - Bay City area and they said they have one employee doing all the jobs in this area. When I was with AMS there were about 10 vendors in this area with more work than we could handle.

Are their pricing any better than AMS?

Prices were about the same or a little less on some things. I did not get work from a couple of companies that I went through all the bs with and sadly signed on with SG.

All I know about them is that they winterized the foreclosure I bought in Holland 3 years ago. They missed a toilet and a sink. Idiots.
