I am a new business looking to get into property preservation. I have 16 years of experience in property management and supervisory positions from several properties. Can someone please help in guiding me in the right direction. I am looking to register as a vendor and am running into issues with pricing and understanding termanology. Any help would be much appreciated. Sites I can go to to learn termanology or books I can buy.

hi

most of what you learn will be self experience, their is lots of books on property preservation if you want to spend a bundle but read all you can up here....honestly if i was just starting out knowing what i do now i would'nt get into it,and you better have a lot of money to back you up.

Ask Beverly for her book:)

I'm sure there is informative information in it. You can learn ojt method but 99.9% go broke/bankrupt within 6 months since they don't know how the game is played.

Good luck
