I stopped doing preservation work about five years ago when my dad passed away and I had a call from GIS to become an "inspector" for them. They only want to pay $8-$12 for an inspection. There's several dozen that are overdue.

I don't remember if they actually pay or are honest. It's been too long.

what company is GIS? never heard
