I got a call from South Central Mortgage Field Services yesterday looking for a new vendors in the state of Maryland where we work. Since I have never heard of this outfit before, I wanted to ask the forum if they knew of them and what type of experiences anyone has had with them in the past or present?

Knowledge is power, and don't want to waste my time:thumbup:

SRT, you said that they call all of the time. Does that mean that you have never worked with them? Do know of anyone having a bad experience with them with payment? I want to be careful before signing up with any of these outfits.

Thanks

I dont work for them. Their pay is the worst I've seen. And if a work order is one day late it's a 50% deduction and two days late you do the work for free. I think I'll pass.

DON'T DO IT!!! SCVMS is the absolute worst company I have ever worked for. There are so many scam artist regionals out there and these people are at the top. Everyday I would get emails saying if I do not turn in the work on time I will not get paid. Every fricken day!!! Drove me nuts, not to mention all the phone calls. If you got a work order that had the due date the same as the day you received the work order, guess what?, warning email was soon coming. They owe me over 5k right now, it's been over a year since I worked for them. From what I have seen and from what I know, they have a big problem keeping vendors because they always find a way not to pay. The owner is a scam artist. OK, I have vented. You have been warned!!!

I know of a vendor who recently took them to court for $$$ owed and won. That's what you have to do with these scam artists. They promise the moon with NO intention of paying. Worked for them for all of 3 months ... total waste of time.

I worked for those fools for 3 months also. My biggest mistake EVER!!! They are the absolute worst company to work for. They should be going out of business pretty soon now that Safeguard is taking over BAC. What comes around goes around.
