Hello, been doing this kind of work for about 6 months now. First started as helping my brother out with his daily workload in Dec. then got into it about a month later. I'm a sub of a sub for SG.

Kern, so that's mostly Bakersfield? I'm in Fresno county. Ready for the 108 degree weather this week?

Yes, mostly bakersfield. It's not bad, alot of squatters though. I did a grass cut 2 days ago, it kept hitting over 110 degrees. I expect it will hit 120's next month. How's fresno?

I don't preservation work anymore but when I did Fresno county had a real bad squatter problem. My guys and I never entered a property empty handed.

Holy crap man it was 104 today, should be 108 tomorrow. I know Bakersfield has worse heat than Fresno but 120's really??:surprise::surprise:

I know what you mean about the squatters, I did about 5 houses in fresno about 4-5 months ago then we asked our boss not to accept fresno anymore. We did a house that got turned into a gang house, we were way too lucky that nobody was there when we went there. The squatters are less gang-oriented in bakersfield but about as dangerous. I think it hit 120's for a day or two last year. It's been going over 110 the whole week
