We moved to Central FL recently and have been working for the same National Contractor for over from years since we were in Denver, CO.
We are getting very little work since they feed from Fannnie Mae and they are doing very little.
We would like to hook with more contractors who serve Seminole, Orange and Volusia counties, for more work. We do trash out, rekey, carpet cleaning, winterizations (just in case) sales clean, pool covering, etc.
We are insured and ready to go.

Hi. Welcome to Florida! Yeah....Fannie work has been slow lately. Come to think of it, so is everyone else. I think it's probably because this is a judicial foreclosure state and there's been so much in news lately about the shyster lawyers Fannie was using who were fraudulently robo-signing. Fannie got screwed BIG TIME (wait, that didn't sound right! ) and now they're scrambling to clean up the mess.

My main client is Fannie's top dog in the area and it's nothing but crickets chirping so far this week.
